If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If a return is required, YJHAOTOU will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns not related to a product issue, return shipping arrangements will be confirmed when your return request is reviewed.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
